This year’s conference will be fully in-person! As it will be the first in-person conference since 2019, WE EXPECT TO SELL OUT - Register early to avoid being disappointed!

We are applying for double-digit credits (including 2 hours of Ethics and 1 hour of DEI credits) and offering many networking opportunities.
On Wednesday, October 4th, join us for two one-hour Ethics and a one-hour DEI panels.
From Thursday morning to Friday afternoon, join us for an exciting mix of panel discussions, interviews, and time with your colleagues that will spark ideas and discussion on topics the governance community is navigating on a daily basis for you to take back to the office.
There are many hotels to choose from in the area. We have not reserved a block of rooms at a specific hotel.
Program schedule
On Wednesday, October 4th, 2023, there will be an Ethics and DEI Program from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm, followed by a Welcome Reception for conference attendees, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, at the New York City offices of Covington.
The Conference Program will begin at 9:00 am on Thursday, October 5th, 2023, followed by a cocktail reception, and end after lunch by 2:00 pm on Friday, October 6th, 2023. Thursday and Friday’s programs will be held at the Goldman Sachs Building in Jersey City.
Registration will be available starting at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, as well as with breakfast at 8:00 am on Thursday and Friday.
