Proxy Season Update and Preparing for Annual Meetings

Registration: There is no fee for attending the meeting. Lunch will be provided, and we request that you indicate whether you have any dietary restrictions during the registration process. Please register on or before Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
CLE: We will apply for one hour of standard CLE credit.
Please join us for a proxy season update, which will focus on best practices for 2023 proxy disclosures, annual meeting preparation, and a discussion on shareholder proposal trends. The discussion will be moderated by Ben Backberg, Chief Counsel & Assistant Secretary, General Mills and will include the following additional experts:
