Executive Steering Committee

The Executive Steering Committee, in consultation with the President and CEO, develops and recommends policies, procedures, practices and programs for furthering the interests of the Society. Members of the Executive Steering Committee consist of the Chairman of the Board, the immediate past Chairman of the Board, the Chairman-Elect, and four members of the Board of Directors nominated by the Chairman of the Board. The Executive Steering Committee is elected by a majority of the Board of Directors. Members are:

Audit and Finance Committee

The Audit and Finance Committee assists the board in ensuring that the financial statements of the Society fairly and accurately present the financial condition of the Society, and are prepared by an appropriately qualified firm or independent certified public accountants, in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. Members of the Audit and Finance Committee are approved by the entire board. Due to the specialized nature of the committee, members with a financial expertise are desired. Members are:

Educational Programs Committee

The Membership Committee's primary scope of responsibility is to assist the Board in defining the Society's membership criteria and oversee the development, implementation and effectiveness of the Society's membership acquisition and retention programs and strategies.
