Bringing Children to the Conference?

The Society has offered a conference childcare program in the past and would continue to offer this if there is sufficient interest. If you have children age 6 months to 12 years, and plan to bring them to the conference and would like to enroll them in a childcare program, please let the Society know as soon as possible by May 4, even if you have not yet registered.

Let us know how many children you would bring, their ages, and if you are looking for childcare for most of the day during business sessions, or for evenings only. Send your email to Ophelia King (oking@societycorpgov.org) with subject line “2018NC childcare request.” We will let you know our plans to implement a childcare program as soon as we can determine available options.
