Krista Jones McAninley is VP & Deputy General Counsel - Corporate at Ferguson. She is responsible for SEC /NYSE compliance, capital market transactions, legal compliance training, subsidiary governance, and support of the IT and Finance teams.
Prior to Ferguson, Krista was Deputy General Counsel - Corporate of Norfolk Southern Corporation’s Law Department, where she was primarily responsible for handling general corporate governance and SEC disclosure matters. Previously, Krista was Senior General Attorney Compliance in Norfolk Southern’s Audit & Compliance Department, where she was responsible for designing and implementing a corporate-wide compliance and ethics program.
She is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law.
