President Trump to Nominate Hester Peirce for SEC Commissioner

Further to our previous report in the June 21st Society Alert, the White House announced yesterday President Trump's intent to nominate former Obama nominee Republican Hester Peirce for SEC Commissioner for the remainder of a 5-year term expiring June 5, 2020.
