According to a recent member-requested Society Quick Survey (full results here) on board of director air travel policies (approximately 165 issuer respondents), nearly half of companies don't allow all of their directors to travel together on the same aircraft and - of an additional approximately 19% who don't expressly permit or prohibit this practice - most either informally discourage the practice or their circumstances are such that the potential for all directors to travel together doesn't arise.
