SEC Closed & Open Meeting on Quarterly Reporting Cancelled Dec. 5th in Honor of Pres. Bush

Further to last week's post: "SEC Slated to Consider Quarterly Reporting Scheme," in that the SEC is closed tomorrow, December 5th, in honor of President Bush, the previously scheduled open meeting to, among other things, consider whether to issue a Request for Comment on the nature and content of quarterly earnings releases and reporting, has been cancelled. We expect the meeting will be rescheduled. Stay tuned!
