Glassdoor's report on its recent Mission & Culture Survey demonstrates that corporate culture matters to most adults both in considering prospective employers, as well as on-the-job satisfaction.
US respondents' views generally tracked those reported for other regions:
This survey - which also includes instructive data on the importance to employees and prospective employees of company mission & purpose, as well as age-related perspective variances - was conducted online within the US, UK, France and Germany in June among 5,113 adults, 2,025 of whom were US-based.
