Society Comments on Reg-S-K Proposal

As reported in this week's Society Alert, the Society submitted this comment letter to the SEC on its Proposed Modernization of Regulation S-K Items 101, 103, and 105. The letter - which largely supports the Commission's principles-based disclosure approach - was the result of a Securities Law Committee-led highly collaborative process with robust issuer and law firm participation.
