The SEC published its Fall 2019 Reg-Flex Agenda. Most notably, the proposed rulemaking on clawbacks moved from the Spring 2019 Long-Term Actions list to the current agenda. Otherwise, Rule 14a-8 amendments, Rule 14a-2(b) amendments, Earnings Releases/Quarterly Reports, and MD&A disclosure rulemaking activities remained among the current agenda items, with these rulemakings (among others) continuing to be characterized as Long-Term Actions:
