Catalyst's "
Getting Real About Inclusive Leadership—Why Change Starts With You
" discusses the six managerial behaviors that significantly influence employees' experience of an inclusive workplace. This is important because Catalyst's research shows that inclusive experiences among employees increase team problem-solving, employee engagement, retention, and employee innovation. The study includes an analysis of survey data from 2,164 employees from 15 global companies in 23 countries, including 34% US-based employees.
