Catalyst's "Getting Real About Inclusive Leadership—Why Change Starts With You" discusses the six managerial behaviors that significantly influence employees' experience of an inclusive workplace. This is important because Catalyst's research shows that inclusive experiences among employees increase team problem-solving, employee engagement, retention, and employee innovation. The study includes an analysis of survey data from 2,164 employees from 15 global companies in 23 countries, including 34% US-based employees.

See Catalyst's release and overview of key findings; our reports last week: "Diversity and Inclusion Differentiators" and "Board Engagement in Workforce Talent"; and additional resources on our Human Capital/Workforce Management and Corporate Culture pages.
