EY's "What audit committees need to know at the end of 2019" (online here) identifies key financial reporting, tax, regulatory-related, and risk management issues and developments that audit committees should consider, and a series of targeted questions associated with each topic designed to facilitate the committee's review and discussion with the board, management, and the external auditors. Among other things, the report is a great tool to assist in populating the audit committee's meeting 2020 agendas. Each topic area is accompanied by relevant "additional reference" links. You may also register for a December 10 EY webcast on this topic here.
