Arjuna Capital announced it submitted 19 proposals to 17 companies for the 2020 proxy season; 13 of the proposals call for median gender/racial pay equity disclosure, with the balance addressing climate risk, human/civil rights, and workplace sexual harassment. Since 2016, 19 companies reportedly have agreed to provide gender pay gap disclosure and an additional three companies have agreed to provide median gender/racial pay equity data, in response to Arjuna Capital's proposals.
