Courtesy of Proxy Analytics, this Covid-19 Proxy Disclosure Tracking Spreadsheet - which will be maintained on a current basis going forward here - reveals the results of the firm's tracking since the beginning of the month of proxy disclosures (DEF 14A and DEFA 14A filings) that mention "COVID", "COVID-19" or "coronavirus." It's a great resource for companies that have not yet made a disclosure or committed to a meeting approach and who are mulling over alternatives or simply seeking benchmarking examples to inform their disclosure.
