The SEC Division of Corporation Finance posted today these two new Exchange Act Rules C&DIs: Questions 135.12 and 135.13 on the interplay between Rule 12b-25 and the SEC's COVID-19 Order providing conditional filing relief for Exchange Act reports due between March 1 and July 1 subject to filing a Form 8-K (or Form 6-K) by the original report filing deadline and other enumerated conditions (blogged here):
