NYC Comptroller: Companies Commit to Disclose Workforce Demographics

Further to our July report: "NYC Comptroller Calls for Workforce EEO-1 Disclosure," New York City Comptroller Scott Stringer, on behalf of the New York City Employees’ Retirement System, Teachers Retirement System of the City of New York, and New York City Board of Education Retirement System (the “Systems”), announced that 34 of 67 "focus" S&P 100 companies that recently issued a statement supporting racial justice have committed to disclose their Consolidated EEO-1 Report data upon their next submission to the EEOC in 2021 in response to the Systems' letter calling for such disclosure.
