T. Rowe Price Summarizes Proxy Voting Activity & Approach

T. Rowe Price's 2020 aggregate proxy voting summary for the 12-month period ended June 30, 2020 largely reflects its company-specific approach to evaluating proxy proposals in light of particular facts and circumstances. Overall, the investor supported 91% of management proposals and 17% of shareholder proposals globally. The report provides voting data and associated insights on T. Rowe's approach across a number of key topics including director elections (including contested board elections), executive compensation, broad-based equity compensation plans, poison pills and other takeover defenses, board leadership, and ESG proposals.
