According to JUST Capital, 52 or 6% of the 931 Russell 1000 companies it evaluated in its 2021 Ranking of America's Most JUST Companies disclosed the type of intersectional workforce gender, race, and ethnicity data that can be derived from an EEO-1 report, compared to 32 companies that disclosed this data at the same time last year. Of the 52 companies (disclosed in the article), seven disclosed the intersectional workforce data, but not the actual report.
Notably, 44% of the companies that disclosed the EEO-1-type of intersectional workforce gender, race, and ethnicity data were tech companies.
