Calvert's recent impact blog: "Our efforts to increase transparency on diversity data" discusses its call on the 100 largest companies ("top 100") to publicly disclose their EEO-1 reports; how companies have responded to date; and the status of its shareholder proposal campaign. According to the post, more than half of the "top 100" disclose only partial data and about one-third disclose no diversity information. Shareholder proposals (16 filed this season so far) reportedly are targeting companies openly declining to disclose, or failing to acknowledge, Calvert's disclosure request.
