Pearl Meyer’s “Evaluating Your Current DE&I Position“ offers an instructive framework for companies to assess, monitor, advance, and specifically account for (via goal-setting) their workforce DE&I, inclusive of potential action steps and the firm’s expert commentary (including potential upsides, downsides, and impediments) associated with each of these critical objectives. Consistent with other reports (see, e.g., here, here, and here), the firm suggests caution on linking DE&I objectives (and other sustainability goals) to incentive pay prematurely.
