Hybrid Work Model Variations

Longnecker & Associates’ “Return to the Workplace Survey Results Summary” revealed that 42% of the more than 70 companies across types, sizes, and industries that the firm surveyed in April already are or will be working on a hybrid schedule on a permanent basis, as shown here:
Notably, Friday is by far the most popular remote work day. Monday and Tuesday are more likely to be spent in the office.

Nearly one-third of respondents have already implemented their new schedule; most that have not plan to do so by September 2021. For purposes of the survey results, remote work includes circumstances that allow employees to choose whether they want to work remotely or in the office.
