Founding members of the Corporate Racial Equity Alliance, PolicyLink, FSG, and JUST Capital, updated their "CEO Blueprint for Racial Equity" that was released last year (see our report here), which offers a framework and suggested action steps for companies to facilitate racial equity within their company, the community, and society.
Recognizing the potentially overwhelming, numerous suggested action items to achieve the significant end objectives, the updated Blueprint takes a step-by-step approach that includes recommended foundational action items for companies to tackle (if not already addressed), as well as specific company examples that illustrate progress within each of the three domains.
