The memo, which summarizes pending litigation against companies filed by AGs in Connecticut, Delaware, DC, and Minnesota, identifies which industries have been predominantly targeted to date and likely future targets based on a
comment letter submitted in response to SEC former Acting Chair Allison Herren Lee’s
request for input on climate change disclosure by these 12 AGs: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
