The Society and Thompson Hine are thrilled to announce the publication of "ESG Governance: Board and Management Roles & Responsibilities." Coincident with the rise in interest among investors and other stakeholders in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues has been increased interest and focus on ESG governance practices. This new publication discusses various approaches to board oversight of ESG issues and management implementation of ESG strategy (including associated disclosure), accompanied by relevant examples and abundant benchmarking information.
