This new release from Private Company Director highlights results from its pulse survey conducted with Compensation Advisory Partners of 339 private companies (predominantly family-owned or controlled) across sizes and industries. Aside from pay practices, the release shares additional insights on board priorities, and changes or planned changes to board composition, committee structure, operations and pay, in 2021. The survey supplements last year’s survey, which we reported on here (see “Private Companies”).
