Broadridge’s updated “Proxy Design Library” is akin to DFIN’s always eagerly-awaited annual "Guide to Effective Proxies" but with a focus on proxy design elements rather than the substance of the disclosures. The resource, which aims to assist companies in maximizing proxy statement appeal and readability via design, layout, color, and branding, includes numerous samples of virtually all proxy statement components including document covers, proxy summaries, CEO letters, meeting notices, director bios, board matrices, sustainability and corporate governance highlights, and more, as well as the ability to access full proxies (for contextual purposes) with one easy click.
