PwC released several instructive examples of summary reports and dashboards for audit committees that companies may consider tailoring to their own circumstances. Among other things, dashboards provide a quick visual on a particular topic that facilitates understanding of big picture progress, performance, and trends, which can then be supported by more detailed pre-read or presentation materials.
