The post includes the new or modified question(s) relating to each update, along with relevant commentary.According to the CDP’s new report: “Are companies being transparent in their transition? 2021 Climate Transition Plan disclosure,” of the more than 13,000 companies that disclosed data through CDP’s climate change questionnaire in 2021, less than one-third disclosed having developed a low-carbon transition plan and less than 35% of companies disclosing emissions reduction targets (reportedly, nearly all companies) disclosed “credible” targets, defined by the CDP as covering at least 70% of emissions set between 5-15 years or validated by the Science Based Targets initiative.
