Highly recommended reading for those involved in preparing or reviewing periodic and current SEC filings (or portions thereof, such as Risk Factors, MD&A), earnings releases, earnings scripts, and investor presentation or engagement materials, Deloitte’s “Financial Reporting Considerations Arising From the Russia-Ukraine War” addresses the myriad of potential impacts companies may be encountering now or going forward as a result of the Russia/Ukraine conflict that should be considered for accounting and financial reporting purposes.
