This “2022 Legal Department Management Benchmarking Report” from the Association of Corporate Counsel and Major, Lindsey & Africa reveals a wealth of benchmarking data on legal department size, organization, staffing, responsibilities, and allocation of work (e.g., in-house / outside counsel / alternative providers) based on 427 legal department responses from predominantly US-headquartered (78%) companies across revenue sizes, organization types, and industries. Most of the data is broken out by revenue categories. Participating organizations are listed at the end of the report.
