Further to its recent release of its benchmark policy proxy voting guidelines for 2023 (reported on here), ISS released its Compensation Policies FAQs, Equity Compensation Plans FAQs, Peer Group FAQs, and TSR information for US performance-related policies (relevant to independent chair proposals and ISS’s evaluation of director performance) for meetings on or after February 1, 2023. All FAQ publications highlight new and materially updated questions in yellow.
