Glass Lewis’s Q3 2023 peer submission window for companies with annual meetings to be held between October 2023 and February 2024 opens tomorrow Monday, July 17, and will remain open through midnight (PST) on Sunday, August 20. Glass Lewis uses the self-selected peer group to inform its say-on-pay recommendations. Companies need not submit their self-selected peer group if they remain unchanged from the compensation peer group disclosed in their most recent proxy statement.
Companies with annual meetings between March 2024 and September 2024 are not prohibited from submitting their peers during this window; however, Glass Lewis will not actively reach out to companies with meetings during that time frame.
