Relatedly, Reuters reported on six companies (including one addressed by the Wolters Kluwer briefing above, as well as JPMorgan, BlackRock, and others) it detected that changed their publicly disclosed DE&I policies following their receipt of letters from AFL or the American Civil Rights Project.
