The Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility—a coalition of more than 300 faith- and values-driven institutions—released its “2024 Proxy Resolutions & Voting Guide,” which provides information on the 345 ICCR member-sponsored proposals filed at 215 companies for the 2024 proxy season as of February 15. Proposals are categorized by topic and company, and include proposal lead and co-filer information.

As of the publishing date, based on the proposal status data beginning on page 9, ICCR members had withdrawn approximately five proposals based on substantive agreements with the target companies. An additional 42 proposals have been subject to pending no-action requests, most commonly on “ordinary business” grounds.
Among the more than 20 new proposal topics this year (see page 6 of the report) are AI transparency reporting, deep sea mining, and anti-union expenditures.
