Further to our recent report: “White House Executive Order: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion,” Jackson Lewis’s “Post-EO DEI Assessments: What Are They and Why Should You Do Them?” provides an overview of the potential scope and components, and the overall objectives, of a privileged diversity, equity, and inclusion assessment, which may help companies understand the strengths and weaknesses of their current practices, mitigate their risks, and hone their DEI strategy and approach. Regardless of whether the company wishes to consider conducting such an assessment, the post includes practical guidance for all companies consistent with a commitment to equal employment opportunity and the current environment.
