For those who missed the event real time, further to our recent report (“CARB Workshop”), CARB posted a recording of its May 29 virtual public workshop. The Society was thanked by Senator Henry Stern at the outset of the program as among those who submitted robust comments in response to CARB's Information Solicitation to Inform Implementation of California Climate-Disclosure Legislation: Senate Bills 253 and 261, as amended by SB 219 (at 6:46). Stay tuned for more information as the Society continues to engage with CARB on the development of the implementing regulations.
