Your conference registration includes full and open access to all sessions and Society-hosted events with the exception of the investor forum(s) and any sessions (if any) that are limited to particular member types such as private companies, nonprofits, in-house governance professionals, etc. As applicable, breakfast, lunch, evening receptions, and breaks are also included. Conference attendees are responsible for all related expenses such as air travel, ground transportation, and lodging.

If you register by midnight on May 22nd the conference rate is: $2295 (until May 22) after midnight the rate is:$2495 (May 23-July 10)

Yes, all meals for conference attendees noted on the agenda are included in your registration.

Yes, registered guests are welcome to attend all Society hosted functions including receptions, breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, closing party, and the closing lunch. If your traveling companion is not registered, they are not allowed to attend.

Pre-registration is not required. We ask that you let us know about meal requirements during registration. Please ask the server for your requested meal.

A confirmation email is sent via email at the time of registration. Check your junk mail folder if you don’t see it. You can re-print the system generated receipt by going to your Society profile, clicking on Billing History, and then selecting the National Conference under Recent Events.

You can substitute someone else by emailing events@societycorpgov.org with the new registrant's name and contact information. If the person is not a Society member, we may require them to join.

A full refund less $100 will be given with written cancellation (e-mail or mail) received on or before June 5. A half refund of less $100 will be given for written cancellations received on or before June 12. No refunds will be given after June 12. Substitutions/ registration transfers are allowed if you must cancel after June 12, 2026. Additional fees may apply if a substitute is not a member. We cannot transfer registration to a future Society event. Email cancellation to events@societycorpgov.org.

No. Cancelling your National Conference registration will not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact your hotel directly. Your hotel reservation is subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

All of the education sessions will be held at the Omni Nashville Hotel in Nashville, TN.

A list of attendees will be available through the Conference app a few days before the event begins.

Attendees should be aware that there are a variety of organizational perspectives represented. While forums are open to all viewpoints, all attendees must follow our Event Participation and Engagement Code of Conduct.

Many state bar associations and CLE boards regularly grant continuing legal education credits to conference attendees. The Society has contracted with CEU Institute to manage the CLE process.

Applications will be submitted to all states requested. The conference is often eligible for CPA or paralegal credits and typically qualifies for 15–18 credits depending on jurisdiction.

Attendance must be reported on-site using the attendance tracker, which will be provided via link during the conference.

CEU will process applications and notify attendees within 4–8 weeks. Questions can be directed to rosters@ceuinstitute.net or 800-556-3559.

Yes. Details for downloading the Conference app will be emailed to all registrants prior to the event.

All materials will be provided electronically prior to the meeting. No paper handouts will be available onsite.

Please download materials via the website or mobile app. Registrant login is required.

Free (limited bandwidth) Wi-Fi is available in meeting rooms. It is not recommended for exhibitor presentations.

The dress code is business casual.

For the Friday poolside event, casual attire is welcome.

Please indicate needs during registration. The Society will make every effort to accommodate.

For dietary needs, notify your server during meals. Buffet options will be labeled.

The Society has a limited number of rooms at the Omni Nashville Hotel. Registration is required to ensure availability for conference attendees.

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is approximately 8 miles (15-minute drive) from the Omni Nashville Hotel.

Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available at the airport.

Yes. Valet parking is available at the Omni Nashville Hotel. Self-parking options are also available at nearby public garages. Contact the hotel directly for current rates.

Childcare is not provided by the Society. We recommend contacting the Omni Nashville Hotel concierge for referrals to local childcare providers.

The Omni Nashville Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Nashville, within walking distance of Broadway, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and many dining and entertainment options.

Rideshare services are widely available. Nashville also offers a free downtown circulator bus, the Music City Circuit, for easy access to nearby attractions.
