What’s Included With Your Booth

  • Pre- and post- conference registrant list
  • 24-hour exhibit hall security

*Exhibitors may register a maximum of two “booth staff” to attend the Exhibit Hall and networking events without the requirement of membership. Additional non-member registrations will add on $795 for a one-year Service Provider membership.

The floor of the hall is carpeted. Electrical services and furnishings are not included with your booth. We recommend a dedicated line if you plan to do demos at the booth. Exhibitors can visit GES Online provided by the GES Company, our designated drayage company, to order furnishing, additional signage and equipment rental. Resources:

If an exhibit company wishes to change their assigned location space, the request can be made at any time and the space may be changed based on availability, without consultation or coordination with other exhibitors. The Society reserves the right to limit change requests by exhibiting companies.

If an exhibitor cancels participation, the previously held booth space is made available to the other exhibitors.

Once company booth locations are determined, they will be listed on the Society’s website.

Any alteration or deviation from these procedures or change to the exhibit hall floor plan will be made at the discretion of the Society and in the best interests of the conference and exhibit hall. The exhibitors will be contacted if any change affects their booth placement.

Exhibitor Registration 📣

Application for booth space does not include registration of exhibit booth staff. Company representatives working in the exhibit space must register and pay fees to participate in the conference. The registration fee is $2,495 per person. Exhibit booth staff are welcome and encouraged to attend conference business sessions. 

👥 Private Parties:
Please let us know if you have any formal evening gathering (dinner/reception, etc.) planned during the conference. The purpose of my request is so that I can ensure that a member of Society leadership, including our Board members, can participate in some form. I will socialize the full list with the Board prior to the conference and ask that someone (some may confirm they are already invited and attending) will represent the Society. We consider it important to have our leadership visible and supportive of you given your commitment to us. Please share the date/time/location of any such event and a primary contact with email address (if not you).

📅 The Service Provider Task Force meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7 from 9:00 AM – 9:50 AM.
We invite you or another team member to join us. Discussion topics will include on-site experience and ideas to regarding future national and chapter level engagement. We’ll also strive to answer any questions that you may have.

📌 GIVEAWAYS/RAFFLE/BINGO:
You are welcome to have a giveaway at your table, and we encourage you to collect business cards/ scan badges and offer a raffle prize.  We will also have Exhibit Hall Bingo during the conference, which is a fun way for attendees to connect with exhibitors and increase traffic in the exhibit hall. Your Bingo prize winners will be announced during Friday morning's break. I will be sure to share more Bingo rules and regulations in future emails.
