Further to yesterday's Society Alert,we are pleased to release the 2016 Board Practices Report: A Transparent Look at the Work of the Board. As with previous reports, this 10th edition of the report, a collaborative effort between Deloitte LLP's Center for Board Effectiveness and the Society, has valuable benchmarking information to share with management and directors.

The legendary report, which presents findings from a survey distributed to the Society's public company members in late 2016, covers trends in over 15 areas of board practices and hot topics including cyber risk, shareholder activism, and diversity - among many others.
