As reported at our Annual Conference in DC and in last week's Society Alert, we just released two new ESG primers: "ESG Roadmap: Observations and Practical Advice for Boards, Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals" and "Legal Risks and ESG Disclosures: What Corporate Secretaries Should Know," which collectively address (among other things) the uptick in ESG-related investment and engagement and associated implications for companies; the key issues, influencers, frameworks, and players; and the legal risks associated with disclosure and how to mitigate them - inclusive of disclaimers, how and where to make disclosure, and board oversight practices.
