ISS Launches Annual Policy Survey

ISS launched its Annual Policy Survey yesterday for the 2019 proxy season. Notable coverage areas include auditor independence & performance, audit committee effectiveness, and board gender diversity in the High-Level Survey (first part), and independent chair proposals, director compensation, and director skills & qualifications disclosures in the Americas (US) Policy Application Survey (second part). The first part of the survey closes August 24th, and the second part closes September 21st.

Institutional investors, companies, corporate directors and other market stakeholders are all encouraged to participate in the surveys.
