SEC Adopts Disclosure Update & Simplification Release

On Friday, further to its 2016 proposed rule (reported on here and here), the SEC adopted disclosure effectiveness reforms via this Disclosure Update and Simplification release. The amended disclosure requirements will be effective 30 days after publication in the Federal Register.
