Mayer Brown's "10 Tips for 10-Ks and Proxy Statements" offers a number of sound tips for preparing your fiscal 2018 Form 10-K and 2019 proxy statement, including:

• Enhanced cybersecurity, Brexit, and LIBOR phase-out disclosures (see our recent report: "Form 10-K Risk & Other Disclosure Considerations") that potentially extend beyond just the Risk Factor section and - in the case of Brexit - may warrant updating periodically until you file
• Consideration of voluntary hedging disclosure in the proxy statement pending mandated disclosure for the 2020 proxy season (or 2021 for SRCs and EGCs)
