Norton Rose Fulbright's "US reporting companies must disclose Brexit risks" is share-worthy for its checklist-style laundry list of Brexit risks that companies should consider for potential disclosure in their SEC filings. Informed in part by recent remarks from SEC Corp Fin Director Bill Hinman (reported on here) and UK Financial Conduct Authority Executive Director Nausicaa Delfas, each of the suggested risks - which are categorized as Operational, Financial, or Accounting-related - are illustrative and easily customizable to company-specific circumstances.
