ISS Releases 2020 Policies

Hot off the press! ISS announced the release of its Executive Summary of Key Updates and Policy Development Process and Americas Policy Updates for 2020.

The focus areas of the main US policy updates identified in the Executive Summary are consistent with the proposed policies that we reported on previously (here and here):
- Independent board chair shareholder proposals
- Problematic governance structures for newly public companies
- Share repurchase program proposals
