Notably, of 93 proposals filed, 31 were withdrawn and 30 were resolved via engagement with the company. Of the 21 proposals voted, shareholder support reportedly averaged 27%. Each of the proposal categories - voted, voluntarily withdrawn based on agreement, those resolved via engagement, and those omitted based on a no-action request granted - is accompanied by selected highlights that describe representative proposals and the basis for the outcome. The Appendix includes a summary of each proposal by outcome.
