The Society submitted a comment letter in response to the ISS Annual Benchmark Policy Survey and climate-focused survey (we reported on here) for the 2022 proxy season. The letter questions potential ISS policy positions on the use of non-financial ESG performance metrics in executive compensation, racial equity audit proposals, virtual-only shareholder meetings, and climate governance.
