Further to the benchmarking data on Rule10b5-1 plans we shared in May (see “Benchmarking”), Morgan Stanley, the Society, and Wilson Sonsini are pleased to present a new report: “Rule 10b5-1 Plan Practices 2021 Survey.” Based on a Society member survey conducted in April, the report provides insights and benchmarking data on Rule 10b5-1 plan usage, policies, and practices.
