Broadridge’s “Early Filers: 2021-2022” series provides easy (one-click) access to proxy statements and Form 10-Ks of off-cycle, non-calendar year-end companies. The “early filer” disclosures can provide insights and examples on trending disclosure topics to inform other companies’ disclosure. Users can access the full filing or particular topics of interest within a filing.

Enumerated disclosure topics for each proxy filing include the CD&A, ESG, COVID-19, shareholder proposals, and meeting format (VSM or in-person). Proxy disclosures on human capital management, pay equity, and lobbying are also one-click accessible for early filers that addressed those topics. Featured Form 10-K disclosure topics include Business, HCM, Risk Factors, and the MD&A. Each early filer Form 10-K listing is accompanied by links to the companies’ ESG website and sustainability report, if any.
